How It Works
Our process is simple and designed for your convenience:
- We Find Customers: The most challenging part of house cleaning is finding customers, and we take care of that for you.
- We Offer You Cleaning Jobs: Once a customer books a cleaning, you'll be assigned a job based on your availability.
- You Just Show Up!: Your role is to perform amazing work, and in return, you'll make a ton of money. Your service is rated by customers, and higher scores lead to priority for new work.
Expectations & Procedures
We are a referral agency, and as a cleaning professional with us, you are an independent contractor, not an employee. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is paramount.
- Job Quality: You are 100% responsible for the completeness and quality of the job. Ensure the customer is happy before you leave, as callbacks for incomplete work are done without additional pay.
- Communication: Open communication is key to our success.
- Customer Focus: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Standard Procedures:
- Avoid using very strong chemicals to prevent property damage.
- Refrain from talking on the phone inside the home.
- Treat every home as if it were your own.
- Return moved furniture items to their original places; do not move items over 30lbs alone.
- Job Checklist & Customer Interaction:
- Review jobs on the Booking Koala app and use the Clock in/Clock out buttons.
- Greet the customer, explain the scope of work, and confirm everything is correct.
- Take before and after pictures throughout the job.
- Use the checklist provided by Booking Koala to ensure nothing is missed.
- Perform a walk-around with the customer upon completion to ensure their satisfaction.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave a 5-star online review with your name.
Getting Paid
Setting up your payment is straightforward:
- Stripe Account: You'll set up a free Stripe account through the Booking Koala App.
- Direct Deposit: Once your Stripe account is connected and information is filled out, you're ready to be paid via Direct Deposit.
Safety First
Your safety is important to us. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
Heavy Loads
Use proper lifting techniques, lifting with your legs and not your back.
Chemicals
Read and follow all product label instructions, using caution and proper PPE (gloves and safety glasses).
Dehydration/Overheating
Stay hydrated, and if you feel dizzy or sick, take a break and drink plenty of water.
